Information you give us
- Contact details — name, email address and phone number (if you provide one).
- Order details — shipping address, products purchased and order history.
- Payment information — card details are entered at checkout and processed by our payment provider. We do not store full card numbers or security codes.
- Consultation requests — your email, optional phone number and the topic you would like help with (for example sleep or hormones).
- Messages — anything you send to our customer care or nutrition team.
Information collected automatically
- Device and browser type, IP address, approximate location and the pages you view.
- Your shopping bag and site preferences, saved in your browser’s local storage so your bag is kept between visits.
- Cookies and similar technologies used for site functionality and analytics (see Section 6).
2. How we use your information
- Process, ship and support your orders, returns and refunds.
- Respond to consultation requests and arrange your call.
- Send order confirmations, shipping updates and service messages.
- Send marketing emails and SMS messages, only where you have opted in.
- Prevent fraud, keep the site secure and meet our legal obligations.

3. Health-related information
The topic you choose in a consultation request, and anything you tell our nutrition team, may relate to your health. We use it only to prepare for and hold your consultation, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not sell it. Please do not send us medical records. Our team provides general nutrition guidance, not medical diagnosis or treatment.
4. Email and SMS marketing
If you tick the consent boxes in our forms, we will send you marketing emails and/or recurring automated marketing text messages to the number you provide. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
- Email: unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
- SMS: reply STOP to opt out, or HELP for help.
We do not sell or share your mobile number or SMS consent with third parties for their own marketing.
5. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

6. Cookies and local storage
We use cookies, local storage and similar technologies to keep your bag, remember whether you have seen our sign-up popup, and measure traffic. You can block or delete them in your browser settings, though some features, such as the bag, may then not work properly.
7. Data retention
We keep order records for as long as needed for accounting, tax and legal purposes. Consultation requests are kept for up to 12 months after your last contact with us. Marketing contact details are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example California, Virginia, Colorado or the EU/UK), you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, to opt out of targeted advertising, and to receive a copy of your data. Email us to make a request. We will verify your identity first and will never treat you differently for exercising these rights.
9. Children
Our site is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Security
We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections and a third-party payment processor. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time and will change the “Last updated” date above when we do. Significant changes will be highlighted on the site or sent by email.
