1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the site or place an order. By ordering, you confirm that your information is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method you submit.

2. Products and health disclaimer

• Talk to your doctor before taking any supplement, especially if you are pregnant, trying to conceive, breastfeeding, taking medication (including hormonal contraception or hormone therapy) or managing a medical condition.
• Some products contain caffeine or botanical ingredients that may not suit everyone. Read each label and follow the recommended serving.
• Journal guides, customer stories and other content are general information, not medical advice. Individual experiences vary.
• Packaging and formulas may change and can differ slightly from the images on the site.

3. Free consultations

Consultations with our nutrition team are free, optional and carry no obligation to buy. They provide general nutrition and product guidance only. They are not a medical appointment, do not create a clinician–patient relationship and do not replace advice from your own doctor. We may decline or reschedule a consultation at our discretion.

4. Orders and pricing

Prices are shown in US dollars and may change at any time. An order is accepted only when we confirm it by email. We may limit or cancel an order — for example if a product is out of stock, a price is listed in error or we suspect fraud — and will refund anything charged for a cancelled order.

5. Bundles and promotions

• The Bundle of the month discount (currently 20%) applies only to the items in that bundle when added together through the bundle offer. Extra units of the same products are charged at the regular price.
• Bundle contents and pricing can change each month and while stocks last.
• Discount codes, such as our newsletter welcome offer, are limited to one per order, have no cash value, cannot be applied retroactively and may expire or be withdrawn at any time.

6. Shipping

Orders ship within 1–2 business days. Standard shipping is $5.99, or free on orders over $50, within the United States. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you when the order is handed to the carrier.

7. Returns and refunds

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery by emailing us first for instructions. Unopened products in their original packaging are refunded in full to your original payment method once received and inspected. For health and safety reasons, opened products are refunded at our discretion. Items that arrive damaged or incorrect must be reported within 7 days of delivery and are always replaced or refunded at no cost. For bundle purchases, the refund is the discounted amount you actually paid.

8. Reviews and customer stories

If you submit a review, story or photo, you confirm it reflects your honest experience and is your own, and you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and share it in connection with our business. We may edit stories for length and remove content that is false, offensive or unlawful.

9. Intellectual property

All site content — text, guides, graphics, logos and design — belongs to us or our licensors. Third-party brand names and trademarks belong to their owners. You may not copy or reuse our content for commercial purposes without written permission.

10. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, including by trying to gain unauthorized access, disrupting its operation, scraping it with automated tools, placing fraudulent orders or reselling products in breach of these Terms.

11. Disclaimers

The site, content and products are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not all apply to you.

13. Binding arbitration and class action waiver

Any dispute arising out of these Terms, the site, consultations or our products will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court. You and we waive the right to a jury trial and to take part in any class action or class arbitration. You may opt out of this agreement to arbitrate by emailing us within 30 days of first accepting these Terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [STATE], without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date shows the latest version, and changes apply to orders placed after that date.
